The Annual Campaign – Sorting and Throw Away Tip

Have you updated your Annual Campaigns lately? If not, you may be sending out the same one you did last year.

Go to Client Relationship Management and then to Follow Up Campaign

Click on each of your Annual Campaigns and:

  1. Choose a different message
  2. Change the design of it, if you like
  3. Verify that the date for the campaign is the correct day you would like it to be sent

Be original, have fun, and be yourself. Your personality will shine through and people will notice. This is a people business. Nobody clicks on generic, boring content. Don’t be afraid and go ahead and personalize your own messages in your Message Library.

End of First Quarter Branding-Check – Dust All Those Hard to Reach Places

If 2014 is the beginning of a new direction for your Real Estate Career, ensure that your website is effectively communicating this new change. Update and/or delete old Custom Content pages.

 

Training Refresher- Clean Out The Attic

Is your site communicating to your homeowners what is Active, Pending, and Sold in their neighborhood? Have you checked the Website Statistics page to see who has been active and looking at properties today? When your new and past clients build a search, are you double-checking their search criteria to ensure that they are receiving exactly what they want? Have you familiarized yourself with the MLS Tracking area, so that you can pinpoint both the exact days/times to call them, as well as the exact properties they have expressed interest in to you? Have you been actively using your Single Property Websites to promote yourself and your listings?

CRM Follow Up Cleanup – Organize your closet

Summer festivals, art and wine fairs, and concerts are a great way to reach out to your contacts with local information about local events unrelated to real estate. This is a chance to showcase the events that make your community unique and to remind them of you.

As your contacts receive these event emails, there is a good chance that they will forward the email to their friends who live in the community.

  • Login into to your Toolkit and go to Client Relationship Management.
  • Select Follow-Up Campaign.
  • You will see your Annual Campaigns.
  • Click on the name of the campaign to review your message and to verify the date that the message will be sent.

This is also the section where you can set up your own custom annual notices. This is a good opportunity to setup annual campaigns for events in your area. Sending out an email with community events is a great way to get in touch with your community.

Check your Bounce List – Mop those floors

Login to your Toolkit and go to Client Relationship Management.

Select the Bounce List.

This is a list of all emails that have been bounced back for various reasons. You can sort by date to see the most recent bounced emails.

If the contact name is underlined in blue, you can click on their name to view the Contact Record.

This is a good opportunity to get in touch with the contact in order to verify that you have the correct contact info or find out their updated contact info.

Copy Search Function – Make those Windows Sparkle

The PropertyMinder MLS search function allows you to copy an existing search and settings to another contact. You can set up searches around particular schools or neighborhoods and then copy those searches to new contacts who might be interested in that school district or neighborhood.
