Agent Closes 3 Deals with PropertyMinder Website!

Jana Klaasse

Jana Klaasse (www.klaassehomes.com) of West Virginia is the winner of our 1st ever Feedback Contest. During her 30-day trial, Jana used her PropertyMinder website’s Craigslist traffic generator and Custom IDX tools to secure some deals.

“I can’t say enough nice things about how this website has helped my business. I scheduled 3 settlements during the trial period before I even started paying for the website. A client saw my ad on Craigs List, went to my website, saw the Foreclosure Finder link, clicked on it and then called me. I found him the property he wanted (a $630,000 farm) and we just settled. Two other settlements are scheduled using a similar strategy. I especially like the ability to create custom IDX searches so that I can target and market to specific buyers. I also like the user friendliness of the toolkit and the support – it is almost instantaneous. This website is a major part of my marketing.”

Jana was very excited and happy to learn she was our Feedback Contest winner. For her efforts and experience, we will be sending her a new Canon digital camera which she says she will use to take photos of her upcoming property listings.

  1. Thats great. Congratulations. I have been using the craigs list tool also but i don’t have any listings, so i promote the usual search for homes add with a link to my web site. Even though the traffic has increased there are very few sign ups and they too have fake phone #s.
Please advise on the secret of using the right verbiage on Craigs list . Would appreciate it.

    Pebble,

Obviously, having listings to post to Craigslist would be the most effective way.
In your case though, you have a few options.
#1 – Ask your co-workers if you can post their listings. Why? Because most of them won’t mind the extra promotion and you would of course be representing the buyer side of the transaction.
#2 – Post into the real estate Services section of Craigslist that you have a website where visitors can search homes and see Short Sales, etc.
