Send out a survey email blast tailored to 2 distinct groups (Your Buyers and Your Sellers). Offer a $5 Starbucks gift card to the first 2 responders from each category. (FYI – you can actually buy and send cards online.)
Survey for Your Buyers:
“Hey there! ___, here. How have you been? Things are great on this end. If you have a few seconds, can you answer 2 quick questions? I’m giving the first 2 responders a $5 Starbucks gift card, so I wanted to make sure you got the chance to answer sooner than later.
Q #1: Are you still looking for a home? If so, are you receiving any listing alerts that match your criteria?
Q #2: What do you require or value most when it comes to choosing the right home?”
Survey for Your Homeowners (Sellers):
“Hey again! This is ____. How are you doing? All is well here. Just trying to stay connected to folks as we head into summer. Which reminds me – nothing beats a cool Starbucks drink or tasty treat on a hot day.
Do you have time to answer a few quick questions? The first 2 responders will get a $5 Starbucks gift card, so I wanted to make sure you got the chance to answer this sooner than later.
Q #1: Have you ever wondered what your home or others in the neighborhood are worth?
Q #2: Would you be interested in receiving free up-to-date market info for future reference?
Q #3: Do you have any big plans this year (retirement, college-bound youngsters, home construction plans, etc.)?”
Next, do not forget to:
- Add-in any and all answers you receive into your CRM (under contact details).
- Follow-up accordingly by sending promising Buyers personalized property matches, and setting up Seller’s Corner alerts and forwarding Home Care resources for Homeowners (Sellers).
Choose your most promising lead or valued client.
