How’s your summer going? Hope all is swell on your end.

Go with your gut and allow your creative side to flourish this month.
There’s no need to rigidly adhere to the following marketing outline. Feel free to mix and change things up. You know your goals (and what you need to do to fully achieve them) better than anyone else.

Remember that “satiated” (nurtured) leads and clients translate into a (financially) satisfied agent (YOU). With that said – some weeks feature food-oriented days of significance – treat a promising lead and/or successful client to some easy-on-the-wallet grub.

WEEKS I & 2:
Kick off July with more one-on-one conversations over the phone.

- July 1st: International Joke Day
Send out a plain template with your message. The simpler the email, the more personal it comes off.

Now, for a few jokes (no matter how corny)…

A real estate branch opened up next door to a new agent and erected a huge sign which read: BEST AGENTS. Then another branch opened up on the other side of the new agent and displayed an even larger sign, reading: LOWEST COMMISSIONS. Before the new agent panicked he put the biggest sign of all over his own brokerage – it read: MAIN ENTRANCE.

Why didn’t the hipster real estate agent show the oceanside mansion?
It was too current.

Keep yourself social and engaged.
Experiment with, and ultimately master, the art of ‘selfies’, hastags, status updates and more. Earn more likes and followers on Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites by implementing some of the best social media practices.

 

WEEK 4:
Focus on 2 infamously overlooked facets of your marketing: properly scheduling and formatting mass emails, and polishing your website. Need technical help with website and/or CRM maintenance? Contact our Support Team.

WEEK 5:

Call or text 2 loyal clients and/or promising prospects, and spark a friendly conversation.
Sometimes a simple: “Hi, how are you?”  goes a long way. Ask how they’ve been (plans to travel, retirement, kids off to college, etc.)

The more you know about people, the better equipped you are to meet their needs. At some point, remind them that you have answers to ALL of their real estate needs (home valueshome care, home improvement, sales, relevant community events, etc.).
