Gratitude Gets You Far: 3 Must-Dos This Upcoming Holiday Weekend.

Hey there,

Tim here, again. Any plans for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend?

If you’re in need of email marketing content to honor the memory of our fallen soldiers, and/or thank veterans and those currently in the armed services, let us know and we’ll write something for you in 1 business day (PropertyMinder customers only, of course).

On a lighter note, here are a couple of other ways to make the most of this 3-day weekend.

National Hamburger Day is this upcoming Saturday, May 28th.

Let it inspire you with an easy-on-the-wallet reason to reach out and treat your most promising lead, or valued (past or current) client, to a burger, milkshake and a side of fries (we, personally, suggest In-N-Out Burger – however your “date” may have a different preference).

What’s the point? Um, little things like this matter.
They’ll remember you when it matters most (when they’re ready to buy, list and/or refer).

Before you meet up, be sure to take along trusty conversation starters – like:
– Printed CMA(s) for homeowners.
– Printed matching listing(s) info for buyers.
– *Printed list of Home Care resources.

Summer is practically here.
*Have service provider names at your beck and call for, but not limited to, HVAC (Air Conditioning), deck, fence and awning maintenance, roofing, landscaping, gardening, pest control, flooring, plumbing, moving vans… You name it.

Whatever they need, it’s handled and they’re connected (thanks to Homebrella.)

Also remember that your weekend Open House plan of action is still available for quick reference – as are your follow-up phone scripts.

People can pick up on whether or not you’re prepared, and how passionate you are about engaging with them. Let your prepared willingness, comprehensive resources and excitement to meet their needs communicate how much you appreciate them. It’ll make all the difference.

In summary, this weekend:
- Pay homage to those who fought and gave their lives for our freedoms.
- Treat someone worthwhile on National Hamburger Day.
- Convey your appreciation to strangers (prospective clients) by being fully prepared to meet their needs (simply review your Open House plans).
