Generate Leads from Strangers
You need to have a compelling hook. Offer something of value in exchange for their contact information. Develop content on your website that is so valuable, that they can’t wait to give you their name, phone number, and email address.Hook ‘em with these tools:

Free Market Analysis. This is your standard listing marketing tool. This lead capture is pre-built into your website.

Access to Property Listings. Free access to property listings is available on most real estate portals. Our solution allows visitors to search a certain number of times and then it prompts for the lead’s info.

Coupons. Free home inspections, free termite inspections, free handyman services. Get creative!

Create a special report that leverages your expertise. For example, a special property list (Custom IDX) or a “5 Best Deals in Your City Right Now” report.

Create marketing collateral such as a “Top 10 surefire ways to maximize your sales results when selling a home.” This can be in PDF form or a flyer. People love infographics (and they love to share them!). Don’t be afraid to experiment.
