FresnoMLS, Cape May County MLS, and WCAR MLS Added
PropertyMinder has added three new MLS systems into our AccelerAgent website platform.
- FresnoMLS – For agents in the Fresno Association of Realtors® in central California. Includes Active & Contingent Statuses
- Cape May County MLS (CMCMLS) – For agents in the southern most part of New Jersey, we have added CMCMLS IDX for approximately 1250 agents. Active, Pending, and Sold Statuses available.
- West Central Minnesota (WCAR) – For agents in West Central Minnesota

MLS Database Upgrades
We have made enhancements to several of our MLS areas in our database and added a bunch more.
- Carolina MLS (CMLS) – Active, Sold & 3 Contingent Statuses are now available. Also, rental property listings are available as well. (Great for the AccelerAd Craigslist flyers!)
- Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors (GSMAR) – We have just added this MLS in the Knox County area of Tennessee. Active, Pending & Sold Listings are available so our CMA creator will work here.
- Central Coast Regional Multiple Listing Service (CCRMLS) – This MLS covers the central coast of California including Atascadero, Paso Robles, Scenic Coast, San Luis Obispo, Pismo Coast, Santa Maria, and Santa Ynez Valley. Active & Pending listings available.
- Rockford Area Association of Realtors (RAAR) – Located in northern Illinois, RAAR MLS covers the Rockford area and is a Broker Only MLS.
- Willamette Valley MLS (WVMLS) – Covering Oregon’s wine country, the WVMLS has active, pending & solds as well as rental listings available.

For clients in Northern Colorado using the IRES MLS, we have made some updates to the listing data available. First, we have added the Sold listing types to go along with the Actives. Second, we have added Rentals (Lease) properties as well.
If you are part of Metrolist CO and also service IRES, let us know and we can add IRES for a minimal cost. For agents in Northern CO that want one of our websites built with IRES, please signup for a Test Drive today.
