IDX Sitemap + SEO Fields
Behind the scenes, a site’s SEO (search engine optimization) can drastically help an agent reach their local buyers and sellers who are searching online for homes. To help with that, we have enabled several valuable tools on your PropertyMinder website.
A sitemap XML file is a file that alerts the search engines what pages on the site are available for crawling. We have always had a sitemap for the regular content pages + custom pages on your website, but now we have added it for all of your IDX listing pages as well. This can possible mean up to thousands or tens of thousands of extra pages depending on your given MLS and the available listing inventory. It can mean active, pendings, and solds too, but again, depends on your given MLS and the data feed.
SEO Fields on Property Listing Details
On a given listing detail page, the SEO fields can be edited in one central area so that they reflect the criteria of each listing on the MLS. We have pre-filled each property listing’s SEO Title, Description, and Keywords with useful data.
Google + Bing Webmaster Tools
We recommend to create a Google and Bing account and submit your new sitemap XML file to Google Webmaster and Bing Webmaster. In these areas, you will be able to submit your sitemap, get data, and diagnostics for your website.
To find your Sitemap XML file, please login to your Toolkit, go to Website Editor, then Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

New Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Tools!
PropertyMinder has expanded on the SEO tools that are available on its AccelerAgent websites. You will be able to tailor your website even further so that you can be found on the major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Here is some of the functionality that we have just added:
* Sitemap XML file: a directory of all available pages
* Sitemap file can be submitted to Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Ask so that the website pages get indexed by those major search engines
* Property Details Custom Tags – Agents can pick pre-defined tags to automatically populate the SEO information on all Property Details popup windows (Featured Listings, Office Listings, MLS Listings)
* SEO on Individual Pages – Before, agents could only edit the SEO info and all pages would have the same SEO titles, description, and keywords. Now, each page is independently editable. Go to Website Editor – BUTTONS (edit name/seo)
* Individual Page Permalinks – each individual page can now have its own editable URL after the .com
For example, if a client didn’t want the the ABOUT ME page to be www.agentdomain.com/aboutagent, they can shorten the URL to www.agentdomain.com/about

In buyer marketing, a simple way to figure out your unique statistics is to go through the last 12 months of your transactions. Take the list price, subtract the final purchase price and the difference is the total savings.
Specialties: Become the expert. For example, you specialize in working with first time home buyers. Instead of having a slogan that says “Leading people to achieve their dreams with passion and expertise”, try using “An expert in saving first time home buyers thousands of dollars. It’s guaranteed”. Notice again that the first slogan is more focused on you, the agent, and the second is focused on the client’s desires.
It is also important to know where your audience is. List yourself on sites that get the most traffic, but most of all, those that are relevant to your real estate services.
