Excellent Online Question Asker: Why purchase? You don’t have to spend a lot of money to subscribe or pay companies for CRM tools/software. You could use your existing emails such as Outlook Google, and your Excel sheet.

You cannot send personalized material to your clients nor does it track all of their search trends, interests, and archive all content they have received from you. Sending out a blast email that is Bcc’d is not efficient or effective. It is definitely cheap, but not efficient.
A CRM is just as important as having a personal website that allows your clients to search for homes. Our CRM is included in our website platform and is the centerpiece to many agents’ success.
